3 EASY STEPS
1. Select the firearm you want and proceed to checkout.
2. At checkout you will be asked to choose a FFL of your choice. If you don't have a FLL at checkout, no worries, you can add this information later. (We must have this info before we can ship any firearm)
3. Pick up your firearm from the FFL after it arrives. IMPORTANT... Inspect the firearm before the transfer is made into your name. Make sure there is no damage or defects upon arrival. If any issues, just leave it at the FFL and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will have it picked up. We will exchange it ( subject to availability ) or refund your money whenever we receive it back. PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITION SECTION FOR A MORE DETAIL DESCRIPTION.
You can find information about any order you have placed by logging into your account and hovering over My Account, top right corner, clicking My Info, and then order history.
This normally takes between to 3 to 7 business days depending on when it was ordered, weekends and holidays. Also note, your FFL ship to information must be received and on file before a firearm can be shipped.
Currently the federal legal age for handguns is 21 and 18 for rifles. However laws are constantly changing so it’s best to check with your local and state authority. This applies to ammo as well.
Just enter your email address and press Forgot Password on the login page. We will send you an email with your new password to the email address you used to open your account. Use the new password to log back in and go to My Info to change it to something of your choice.
This is normally due to your email provider not allowing emails from us to reach your inbox. Try adding email@example.com to your address book. Check your spam folder and then reset your password again. Also, please verify that you are checking the email account that you used to open your account.
You will need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 day of receipt of merchandise. PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS SECTION FOR A MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS.
First you should check your local and state regulations because they may have additional requirements. Before you are able to take possession of your firearm from your dealer you will be required to pass a background check. You will fill out the form 4473 at the dealer location and your dealer will call the information into the FBI NICS system. Usually, they will get one of the following responses while on the phone, approved, delayed, or denied.
